Domestic travel information:
*A child between the ages of three days old until their second birthday is considered a lap infant and does not need to pay for a seat. You must present the infant's birth certificate or immunization record to a PrudentAir crewmember prior to check in for the infant to fly for free. If booking a child under the age of 11 traveling alone, please call 1-888-CARMENREZ to provide necessary drop-off, pick-up information. Customers with special needs or parties of nine (9) or more should call 1-888-CARMENREZ. International travel information:
If traveling on a one-way reservation, proof of return or onward travel may be required prior to check in. Failure to provide proof of return or onward travel could result in denied boarding. Dominican Republic
Infants under two years of age flying as lap infants to the Dominican Republic must be added to the reservation at the airport at the time check in. A flat fee of $12.00 USD will be added and collected at the time of check in. For specific citizenship requirements click here. Please contact a Dominican Consulate in the United States or the Dominican Republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Dominican Republic for additional entry/exit requirements for minors under the age of 18.
